All products sold by Aura Operations Ltd are digital products — downloadable PDF guides. Access is provided immediately after payment. Despite the digital nature of our products, we honour a full 30-day refund policy as a sign of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. We extend this to 30 days as part of our satisfaction guarantee. By downloading or accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that performance of the contract has begun. However, we waive this exception and honour refund requests regardless.
