1. How Delivery Works
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive two forms of access to your guide:
- Thank-you page: A download button is displayed immediately after checkout
- Email confirmation: A secure download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout within minutes of purchase
2. Access Requirements
Your guide is accessible on any device โ smartphone, tablet, or computer โ using any standard PDF reader. No special software or account is required beyond a PDF reader (which is pre-installed on most modern devices).
3. Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the current version of the guide and all future updates. You will be notified by email when a new version is available.
4. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct

5. No Physical Shipping
Aura Operations Ltd does not ship physical products. All purchases are digital and delivered electronically. No postal delivery, tracking number, or physical packaging is involved in any transaction.
